Is the device a dedicated physical machine?
Plans are delivered as a dedicated Mac for remote development, builds, and desktop-style use. Whether the entire machine is exclusive and how resources are isolated is governed by your contract and ticket / delivery notes. After sign-in, the console shows the current instance specs and connection details.
Are bandwidth and IP dedicated?
Packages are described as 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth and a dedicated IPv4 (see the plan details and pricing page). If a shared tier exists, it will be called out on checkout and in your order.
Which data center regions are supported?
At checkout you can choose: Singapore, Japan, South Korea, US East, US West, and more (see the configure page for the full list). After provisioning, IP and egress follow the selected region. More context is in plan details.
How do I connect with VNC?
After your instance is live, sign in to My dashboard, open VNC from the machine card, or use the VNC / remote desktop page and follow the prompts with your order token. Do not share connection details in public.
How do I connect with SSH?
On the dashboard, each machine card shows an SSH command example (host, port, username, etc.). Use the key or password you were given in your own terminal. Never paste private keys into untrusted tools.
How do I power on, shut down, or reboot?
Use the power actions on the target instance in “My machines” (power on / shut down / reboot). These tie into the ticket system: operations are executed by ops and status is updated afterward—not an instant local-only toggle.

How long until my instance is ready after purchase?
After payment, provisioning goes through tickets and setup. Timing depends on stock, review, and configuration. Track progress in your order and dashboard; when ready, you’ll typically get email or in-app notice (as configured).
How do I view my device configuration?
Sign InMy dashboard and check Overview / My machines for CPU, memory, disk, IP, region, and connection entry points.
How do I see order status, expiry, and renewal history?
After signing in, use the dashboard billing / orders section to view your order status, billing cycle, expiry date, and renewal history.Weekly / monthly / quarterly plans auto-renew unless cancelled before expiry; daily is a one-time purchase (see plan notes). Placed a guest order? Log in with the same browser to merge it.
How do I contact customer support?
Use the ticket system or the options on Contact support. Include order number, instance ID, what you observed, and when so we can respond quickly.
